Metabelly fibers

Fiber fibers with prebiotic action feed good bacteria and contribute to the normal functioning of the intestines. They have a neutral taste and smell which makes them ideal for combining with your favorite drinks. They do not contain allergens, additives, sweeteners and saturated fats. Due to the property of indigestibility and non-absorption in the small intestine, they are declared as dietary fiber.
Fiber has been scientifically proven to help with
- Reductions in bloating and constipation
- Irritable bowel syndrome and reduction of symptoms of other gastrointestinal diseases
- Strengthens immunity and eliminates toxins from the body
- Increases in exercise efficiency in professional and recreational athletes
- Intake of the optimal daily level of fiber
FIBER is a daily source of fiber, intended to maintain the health of the intestinal microflora. Chemically, it belongs to the group of resistant dextrins produced from corn starch. Bacterial fermentation of soluble fibers showed a decrease in pH in the lumen of the large intestine, led to a change in the microbiota and induced the production of short-chain fatty acids.
Currently available research shows that the daily consumption of 8 g to 10 g of FIBER within 14 days increases the concentration of the genus Bacteroides. In addition, the concentration of potentially harmful bacteria Clostridium perfringens was significantly reduced by consuming 15 g/day of soluble fiber for 14 days.
After continuous intake of FIBER, 80% of people have an increased feeling of satiety.
Mix a full soup spoon (10 g) in 2 dl of water or any beverage (except carbonated and warm). To maintain intestinal health, the recommended daily dose is 10 g – consumed in the morning before meals. For weight management and satiety, the recommended daily dose is 20 g – consumed in the morning before meals and in the evening before going to bed.
