Thank you for purchasing our products or using our services! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help you through our returns and exchanges policy.

RIGHT TO RETURN

You have the right to request a refund or exchange of the product within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order, even if the product has been opened.

For product returns, the conditions are as follows:

1. Returns are also possible for opened products, provided that the product has been used in accordance with the instructions.
2. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns are not possible for products that have been significantly worn or damaged due to improper use.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Personalized products or services, such as gut microbiome analyses.
• Digital products or guides once they are downloaded.
• Products with a short shelf life or damaged due to improper storage.

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Contact us: Contact us at info@metabelly.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Sending the product: After approval of the return, you send the product to the following address:
   BELLYY, Ulica Slobode 37, Split, Croatia
   Note: Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
3. Return Review: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the return status via email.

REFUND

If the return is approved, the refund will be made to the payment method you used when purchasing. Refunds usually take 5-7 business days after approval.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us to check the availability of a replacement product. Shipping costs for a replacement product may be charged, depending on the situation.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours. from receipt of the order. We will request photos of the product to assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund.
