FIBER is a daily source of fiber, intended to maintain a healthy intestinal microflora. Chemically, it belongs to the group of resistant dextrins produced from corn starch. Bacterial fermentation of soluble fiber has shown a decrease in pH in the lumen of the colon, led to a change in the microbiota and induced the production of short-chain fatty acids.

Currently available research shows that the daily consumption of 8 g to 10 g of FIBER within 14 days increases the concentration of the genus Bacteroides. Osim toga, koncentracija potencijalno štetne bakterije Clostridium perfringens was significantly reduced by consuming 15 g/day of soluble fiber for 14 days.

After continuously taking FIBER, 80% of people experience an increased feeling of satiety.

Mix a full tablespoon (10 g) in 2 dl of water or any beverage (except carbonated and hot). To maintain intestinal health, the recommended daily dose is 10 g – consume in the morning before meals. For weight management and satiety, the recommended daily dose is 20 g – consume in the morning before meals and in the evening before bedtime.
